Traffic Wales, the Welsh Assembly Government’s traffic and travel information service, is advising rugby fans to plan their journey and leave plenty of time traveling to the Wales v Australia rugby match this weekend.

Kick-off for the final 2008 Invesco Perpetual Series is 2.30pm on Saturday 29 November at the Millennium Stadium.

With thousands of people traveling to Cardiff to soak up the international atmosphere, Traffic Wales is advising fans to make their journey as stress-free as possible with these options:

·        Leave plenty of time to travel to Cardiff as the roads are expected to be very busy Use public transport where possible

·        Listen to local radio stations for up-to-the-minute travel advice

·        Use the signposted Cardiff Council Park and Ride sites if traveling by car or coach

·        Follow the advice given on Traffic Wales’ variable message signs on the road network.
